Delivery within the UK
As a small business we aim to post all items within 48 hours of the order being placed and will update online if it may be longer. Since we appreciate everything is costing more at the moment we have reduced our shipping charges and reviewed how the cost is calculated.
You can now COLLECT from Constance & Denny at 123 HIGH STREET, Hadleigh, Suffolk IP7 5EJ simply choose PICK UP

Alternatively we are now offering the following options;
£3 for orders up to £30 - Standard Shipping
£4.50 for orders of £30 and above - Standard shipping
£7.50 for all Express shipping
We are now using Royal Mail Tracked for our deliveries and UPS for larger items.

But don't forget that shipping is free with orders over £100 and you receive 10% off when you sign up to receive our newsletter.

International Shipping
We are happy to now be shipping internationally, please email hello@constanceanddenny.com with the products you are interested in and your details and we will provide a quote. We use UPS for international shipping.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred with the shipping. These are normally collected by the shipping provider who will contact the customer. If these are left unpaid or the delivery is refused by the customer all shipping costs will be debuted from the order value once retuned to Constance & Denny and then the remaining amount refunded.
Product Descriptions
We take great care to accurately describe and photograph all items. The nature of the items sold means that they may have ‘imperfections’, we try to always describe these. We are more than happy to provide further information on all items. Please note that colours do vary between the reality and what we can demonstrate on a screen. We do our best to photograph as accurately as possible.
